Expect delays during holiday seasons. Some countries are strict with international shipping and may delay shipping time. We ship your merch as fast as possible but please understand that we have no control over the operation speed of your local post office.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Our goal is is to provide high quality product that you can show off and enjoy. In the event that your receive a product that is flawed. Please take pictures of the item and order slip. We will review the item and take care of any problems. We will not accept refund or exchanges on worn products. Once you return the item back to us. We can give you a new product or give all of your money back. 
 
Please make sure that you review the measurements and the size charts before making your purchase. ALL SALES ARE FINAL and if you order the wrong size. You will be responsible for the return fee and the new delivery fee. 
 
In the event that we sent the wrong size or wrong items. Please take pictures of the item and order slip. We will cover the exchange fee and take care of the error. 
In the event that your product is flawed. Please take pictures of the item and order slip. We will review the item and take care of any problems. 
In the event that you enter the wrong address or give us an incomplete address. You may correct the address within 1 business day. If the items have been shipped. We cannot fix or cancel your order. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE TO GIVE YOU A REFUND IF THE ITEMS ARE DELIVERED TO THE WRONG LOCATION THAT YOU ENTERED. You are welcome to reorder but it will be at your own cost. If the items that were sent to the wrong address are being returned. We cannot process refund while the items are shipping. We will need the items physically to process any refund. 
 
In the event that you place an order and suddenly move or get deployed. Once the order is sent to the post office. YOU CANNOT CANCEL AND WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE TO GIVE YOU A REFUND. 

WHERE IS MY ITEM?

Please make sure that you entered the correct address. If you entered the correct address and we sent it to the wrong location. Don't worry, we will send you a new package. If you entered the wrong address, we are not responsible for any refund. If your item was delivered to the correct location and you still did not receive it. Please check with your local post office and your neighbors. Your item may have been taken by accident or stolen. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN MERCHANDISE. 

 

HOW TO WASH MY MERCHANDISE?

The best way to keep the quality of your merchandise is to turn the clothes inside out before washing. Wash them cold or dry. Use none chlorine bleach. Only tumble dry medium or air dry. Don't iron and don't dry clean.
